Excellent 4K bird observation footage from Olympus EM1 ii with Leica 100-400mm f4-6.3 lens. This camera is still relevant for bird photography and videography in 2024. A big LIKE for the video. I'm a new friend here, a birder from Singapore. 👍🔔

Beautiful video. I have this camera, but the battery that comes with the camera is dead. Last week, I bought a new battery, and it charges fully, but when I start to record, the battery dies within a minute. What kind of battery do you recommend?

Original battery EN-EL23 is always recommended. You will rarely find in online market. Better to order it from a Nikon dealer near you.

Probably it will be same as Osmo action 3. There is little improvement in version 4. And that’s why I bought recently version 3 which was on sale.😊

You have to buy one separate cage for attaching receiver. I bought small rig cage which is robust and has cold shoe mount.

Yes you are right. That's why I have talked about Osmo action or Gopro as a option for vlogging. But no camera is perfect. One can use gimbal for stabilisation. I have seen Olympus has the most effective stabilisation due to excellent IBIS.
