Wireless trolling pro company - Poor quality parts and the worst possible customer service you can imagine. Takes weeks of follow ups to get a response. Even then, they are willing to lie. Do not trust this company!

WARNING!!!!! WARNING!!!! I would not recommend you to buy the product from the Wireless Trolling Pro brand. I purchased it 6 months ago and they have not responded to many of my inquiries of when it will ship. Very poor customer service and I have not heard great things from other people in the community. Be cautious when dealing with this company

I bought it online from a US company “www.wirelesstrollingpro.com/“ in 2017. The company seems to be out of business now!

I haven't used it since October 2018. Lakes freeze during winters here in Alberta. I will get my kayak out in May/June. I hope it still works.
