Battle Studies is a great record. Come back to it every so often. Has a bit of grit in it for sure.

People use the term GOAT far to loosely. John Mayer is the actual GOAT. period.

I actually got to meet John Mayer and he really is this cool in person we sat down and had a conversation for about a half an hour about playing guitar and I was like are you sure you don't need to be anywhere and he's like no man there's no place I'd rather be than right here with you and it made me feel so special I thought to myself man this guy is unreal he really is this good nice guy in my eyes he's our Jimi Hendrix of this generation or maybe a better comparison is Eric Clapton

"The best music transcends your playlist and moves into a different place in your life where it becomes your companion. It becomes storage units for your memories. It does something a little bit more than just make you sing along. Its places you somewhere in your life in a time that you'll always remember" Couldnt have been said better.

Can't believe this guy only has 5 million followers in IG, and worth 40 million. Katy Perry is worth 120 mil and has 95 mil followers. Katy is great artist but John is one of the greatest of this generation.

Love you John. Always will. However, as interviews go, you mailed it in. Oh eyetunes. It’s a paradigm shift. They still don’t get it. “Art” will always be a commodity to the investor. It’s so silly

The fact that he dated Jessica Simpson makes me think he's not as intelligent as he wants people to believe he is in these interviews. I mean, I remember her saying she thought Chicken of the Sea brand of tuna was actually chicken. That was with her ex husband Nick Lachey on their old TV show, so maybe it was just for ratings but gosh. Jared Leto comes off as the same, dating women like Tila Tequila and 19 yr olds, while trying to sound so intelligent in interviews. It's not working.
