I love the size of .380 guns but the reliability with .380 is honestly terrible and there isn’t a newer 380 I’d trust my life too I’d rather go to 9MM but I tell you what I did love my astra 300 that little thing was flawless and it NEVER jammed ever and I absolutely loved it

First of all, you do know the world is larger than a single jurisdiction, and so laws varies? It might be perfectly legal where he lives. Also, that's a 15-22 rimfire. The limits placed on vertical grips, mostly in several places in the USA only apply to centerfire cartridges.
