Thank you. How do you figure out the talent vs interest scale ?
@RyanCrandall2 күн бұрын
You need to also use self-honesty to figure out what how interested you are in something, scale of 1-10, an easy way is that you genuinely like to learn the subject. You read books, listen to podcasts, love to learn the subject. That should tell you the how much you are interested.
These days no one answer the phone. everything goes to voicemail. I never answered any cal. we bcame fully dependant on txt in this era. people dont like to talk to each other over the hpone.

I’m just new here. Thank you for this video. I do have a question, what do you think about someone considering a JD-MBA Dual Degree??
@RyanCrandallАй бұрын
Oh yeah, those are really good, its a lot of work on that education. There was only 1 person who said they loved their job (as a JD), and it was someone with a JD-MBA, they can be beneficial, but you'll want to partner with a larger corporation.

At 7:00 you said, “I would get a degree in computer science and learn coding on the side.” Did you mean get a degree in Cyber Security? I’m confused because you just said the opposite prior to that.

Ryan, I first came across your content in an interview you did with Eric from Higher Levels. Your advice is sooo helpful and I appreciate you for sharing these awesome tips! I actually just landed my first role as an AE and wanted to ask if you do 1:1 coaching for AE’s in their current role? - Diamond

Hi Diamond, great to hear that, glad to hear the videos have been helpful Sure thing, I do coach a few AE's, usually they can sign up for a consultation through my website at Resume2offer.com Another option is that I know that Higher Levels is currently in the works of creating a new AE course, I'll have to let you know when it comes out! -Ryan

I found this super helpful. I'm a top performer at my sales org in Tech, but my issue is I have no way to prove it as all documents are internal/shared at company meetings but I'm unable to access them and the company will not give them out.. would also raise a lot of red flags. Any ideas here? Are employers asking for you to provide proof to back up your numbers?
@RyanCrandall2 ай бұрын
Sure thing, do you know what your ARR is, usually you don't have to prove it too much, but you have to be able to answer without any hesitancy. So like Avg Deal Size, ARR, deals in pipeline, closing ratio, Daily Action, weekly stats, monthly, quarterly, etc.
