I've been using Pattern about 3 months now and it works for my high porosity, 3c hair. I also love that I can wear my hair straight and the products don't reverse. Let's me know they're not full of water. I don't use the gel all through my curls, just edges and odd bits. The leave-in and styling cream are enough. Also, the Cleaning Shampoo is worth it. I've never been able to use the suggested amount and expect to lather up, but this one slaps. We have different chemical standards here in the UK, so I'm guessing it affects the formula slightly as there's no strong fragrance.

I had a total vaginal hysterectomy kept both ovaries. Every symptom on the list I get. I have mostly sick, aching, migraine days. I used to workout alot and now I don't have the energy or motivation to do anything at all. I literally sit all day. I am so lazy. I get heart palpitations, my stomach still bloats up and gets hard. I have all the symptoms you feel. I am exhausted from all of it. It's like it just never ends for women. 😢
