Are still happy with the setup? The thing I do not like about this is the RO chamber. I guess due to water evaporation you´d have to refill it every damn day. I will use a barrel instead.
@chrisdobbs9155Ай бұрын
@UnMinutoViajando funny you should say that. I never used the included ato system. I ran a pump in a bucket and that would last 5-6 days. I would also use a barrel if I had to be away.

This is a great video. I just got some half doors and it is time to pull the carpets for the summer. I wonder if I can give that scored part under the plastic panel a firm tug (and tear it), rather than busting all those push clips to get to it. 😂 Thanks again!

Where is the turn off the main road? I have been to the place many times. I go to the big rock piles. There is a road that is usually flooded and it looks like it goes straight up hill. That road is north of the rock pile. Hard to tell where you turned off in the video. I have wanted to go to the top for years, never could figure out how.

It's a heat gun. Basically a much hotter hair dryer, useful for installing and removing decals and adhesives among other things.

I know it’s been a long time. But I’ve found these on MVS. They make them to order now. Apparently they 3D print them. They’re def. fiberglass now. They’re also now $450!! PLUS shipping!! Question for ya: It appears they don’t cover the extreme outer edge of the lamps enough, so that the red bleeds through the top and reflects on the black trim surround on the decklid. Is that the case? I don’t wanna order these and be disappointed and have no recourse to return them. I appreciate your response if you happen to see this! Thanks!
@ShelbyBikeBoy Жыл бұрын
@@kingko55 You’re welcome. Yes. Don’t let their website fool ya. They do truck bed covers it looks like. But remember they are likely fiberglass, therefore these new tail lamp surrounds are also fiberglass. I think it’s a cool mod…. I just didn’t want to retrofit my car too much, as it’s a very rare production.

Aw I got really excited when I saw that my rubicon had the plastic bumper pieces. I really don't want to get a new aftermarket bumper. Do you think fabricating a new mount is do-able? I'd have to find someone with a tube bender but if we could make a custom mount that bends between the plastic bumper inserts, it really doesn't seem too far off to make it work.
@chrisdobbs91553 жыл бұрын
If you have someone that can bend and weld pipe, it should be doable. There was also an included optional mount that would have bolted the cage to the body that I could have used but didn't.
@justinherrmann68283 жыл бұрын
How did you attached the two outer most bolts for the cage with the bumper on? Or did you do it before you put the bumper on? The two bolts that attach inside the frame**

For the float switch, if you pop the washer off the end and flip the float around, then put it back together the switch should work opposite the way it does now.
