What's this girl know about ethics? She stole OVER TEN MILLION DOLLARS, which is the only reason she's featured on literally any podcast. Just a dork wearing Walmart clothes before she started stealing. Too bad it caught up with her and the FBI is now investigating her. Go ahead and google it.

I am sold on this idea. I did high raw with green smoothies, giant salads, and a gallon of water a day years ago and regained my health. Then I listened to a plant-based doc who stresses potatoes and starch and another that prefers cooked greens six times a day. It made sense, so I moved to that. It is a lot more fun to cook a gourmet plant meal with lots of homemade bread, beans, rice, or potatoes than it is to blend and suck down a smoothie. Slowly over 12 years, I have gotten sick again--no energy and an autoimmune or two. And instead of firm muscles I am skinny fat. After 15 days of Brooke and Thomas's healing protocol, I am pain-free and exercising again. I have energy and a clear head. Yup. I'm in this for life.

I ordered the Cookbook as soon as it was available in 🇨🇦. I’ve been doing Low Fodmap for 3 months and now preparing to eat up what’s not allowed on the Histamine diet and switch. My gut health has improved and noticeably from the very beginning. I was on laxatives daily which I stopped on Day 1 of Fodmap. I’ve not needed them since 🎉🎉 Looking forward to the next leg of the journey. Will shop for sprouting peas today. I so hope that my runny mose becomes a thing of the past Thank you Dr B. I listen to you every day as I do my walks 🙏🦋. Love, Grace & Gratitude to you 🙏🦋

Thank you!!!!! 😭😭😭 I have ALL the histamine intolerance symptoms, and I consume ALL the high histamine foods, and I have been on the low histamine protocol for 3 days, and I feel SO MUCH BETTER. I did not know what was wrong with me. I've been eating healthy plant based foods for awhile but still felt miserable. Sir, you saved my life. I would have never discovered this on my own. I baptized my greens in apple cider vinegar, then sprayed mustard and hot sauce on them afterwards. And as you know, the first ingredient in both those condiments is VINEGAR. What a change. I've incorporated a lot more variety into my diet, trying new foods. Today I bought red and green cabbage, brussel sprouts, radishes, okra, red and yellow onions, squash and zucchini. Next on the list: sprouted peas!!!

I am shocked there are no comments on this. I am striving to go full blown WFPBNO but have a hard time finding the tastes I like. I’m sure it will just take time. I’ve tried several recipes but what tastes good to one person doesn’t got another. It’s always good to hear his others were successful.

This is so inspirational Andy! I had a similar experience - when I became vegan 8 years ago, my chronic, severe arthritis went away completely. In one week. It hasn't come back at all. I just turned 60 so I'm sure I may develop issues down the road, but the total cessation of pain was a clear sign that my body was thriving on this diet.

Another wonderful podcast! This step-by-step approach to transitioning has really worked for my husband who came from the Standard American Soul Food diet to almost completely vegan. Although he still enjoys his meat replacements, he's lightyears away from where he started and his health has improved a great deal. He's now able to listen to his body and make adjustments as Hollan described.
