What is dynamic difficulty sensitivity
@TitanJeff4 ай бұрын
It changes how quickly the difficulty adjusts. So if you have the sensitivity higher, difficulty will change more quickly based on how you’re performing on your current difficulty

You're a good sport, but boy howdy does your driving leave a lot to be desired. It has nothing to do with the game, either. Your line, braking, corner exit, etc... all need work. I can't imagine you do well in any racing game, if these are the choices you make in a race setting....lol

You gotta use the zoom on the radar (d-pad up/down) - I almost always leave it all the way zoomed out. Learning how to read the clouds takes some getting used to, but I don’t get caught out in the rain with slicks very often anymore even on Le Mans. I rarely use IM tires either. It’s all about mastering the radar. It’s so rewarding to pit a bit early and toss the wets on when no one else has noticed the violent storm front about to come through. Everyone seems to be sitting still on Mulsanne and around the sweepers. It’s great. Also pay attention to the way the rain/hail drains away from the racing line faster than the sides after the rain stops. You can sneak the slicks back on a bit early if you’re disciplined about sticking to the dry. Also the track dries faster when the sun comes out vs when clouds or fog linger. I’m pretty sure even the wind speed also affects the way the road dries. Again, tough to get to know but really rewarding to understand.
@markdixon55096 ай бұрын
If you play F1, I don’t understand why you don’t understand/gt7. Obviously a F1 car is much different but you typically can’t customize your racing setup much. In GT7, you’re right, they may be using better setups than you and keeping better lines.
@320iSTWEdition6 ай бұрын
Regarding rain information in GT7...... it has been worse because now you have a weather forecast on the left in the prerace screen..... it just takes several seconds to play through.... and isn't very helpful either. So not really your fault..... could be better set up in GT.....

Just the sheer importance of having an entire map of Ancient Greece recreated with the accuracy displayed is incredible. Having the mythology centred around the DLC is the cherry on top. Every one of the NPCs feels real because the AI is as complicated as people were in those times! It was so long ago that the memory began to fade, but Ubisoft put Greece in a new perspective and I will respect what was made for years looking forward. Go SPARTA!

Whoever designed the levelling/economy system in Odyssey is the type of person any genocidal dictator would be ecstatic to have designing their death camps. I remember all the hate Shadow of War got for the loot boxes, but this game is worse IMHO. SoW could be done with a fun gameplay loop and grinding, or you could shortcut to high lvl recruits with actual cash. That's the same here with Legendary gear, BUT: while you can buy stuff outright from the store, the grind to get Orichalcum is worse than Sow, and even if you buy the gear you want with real cash or not, it's virtually impossible to keep it levelled without spending real cash & it looks very, very deliberate. The auto levelling system is annoying for several reasons, firstly that everyone & everything else levels with you, so you never feel that powerful, even if you go back to Kephallonia. Also, when you hit the higher levels, the differentiation of the designed order to tackle the regions is now gone from the map, but it's the exclusion of your gear from this levelling system and the lunatic cost in both resources and money to get it there, that really shows sadistic & malicious intent. For example, one popular grind is "Athenian Malaka". I have a favourite armour set , sword, spear, bow combo. I never had the resources from arguably the best loot source to keep everything at my level. And the cost is exponential & ridiculous. For example: When I hit lvl 99, my sword was lvl 93. I had spent >1M Drachmae on it and 100's of thousands of resources to get it there in increments when I could afford it. To get it from lvl 93 to 99, it was almost $500k, 34k soft leather, 25k iron and over 5k obsidian. I checked my level 1 Ezio sword, and the cost was identical. There's no real system for level to level. How does it cost the same for 6 levels as 98? I have over 20 Legendary weapons to upgrade. And then there's the armour... As far as resources, the quickest way is to grind for cash & just buy them, but you'll have to do the blacksmith inventory glitch to be able to keep buying without waiting an interminable time to restock; but, even with that trick & at level 99, the most resources you can buy at 1 time is about 2500. Obsidian and gemstones are under 1000, usually under 500. One set of armour has 5 pieces. You can spend 8 hours grinding, selling, buying resources at a tiny amount at a time and still not get a single set levelled up. Yet, if you want to throw cash at Ubi for "timesavers", you spend a few hundred bucks on Helix credits and buy the resources in packs from the store. The ship is even worse. It will take millions of $ and hundreds of thousands of resources just to upgrade from lvl 5 to lvl 6. Play it on PC & use Cheat Engine for resources, like I originally did. My gaming OCD means I probably won't finish my current playthrough on PS5, since I cant justify the time required for the grind & it's not fun either. If you don't have gaming OCD and are happy to just use whatever you collect at your level as you go, then consoles may be OK. Odyssey is the best sandbox of all the AC's. Watching sharks eat enemy sailors never gets old.
