Wow u covered MOST of THE BEST area in all of dallas- there’s one other ‘small pocket’ called ‘west village’ but you could walk through it all in less than 10 mins Everything else is just trash urban wasteland!

What’s the difference between Lower Greenville and Deep Ellum??, Is Lower Greenville more for eating at daylight and Deep Ellum to spend the evening?, can you please explain?

Both are very similar. Deep Ellum is just larger and can just have a wilder nightlife, since its the heart of downtown. Greenville Ave. is a bit more uppity and have more outdoor dining restaurants. The dining and outside dining in Greenville is great for both day and night (mainly Thurs-Sundays). Ive spent time at Greenville and Deep Ellum but I personally prefer Greenville. Oh yea Greenville nightlife is GREAT!
