These are pretty large Sousaphones actually, with a rather deep bass sound each, at that. Great performance from these two gents!

Those two guys are impressive. I tried to play the trumpet in middle school and I could never get the hang of it. I quit after a few months and instead joined Percussion and stayed there to this day. Props to these two guys for daring to play this on the tuba.

I love the idea but their tone just wasn't amazing and it took away from the effect in general. It just sounded like they were struggling to get notes out.

I had to march around with a concert baritone for quite a while because our middle school's 2nd marching baritone was broken. I can't imagine how tuba players carry around sousaphones and contrabass bugles
