Dave was one of the many folks I met as a young man working at the Ford Rouge & then Chrysler starting in the mid 60s. From all walks of life & various backgrounds they all had a common goal. That was to do well, support a family & strive for a better life. I think a lot of them did & feel very fortunate to have listened to their stories. Great memories.

With his beautiful voice-overs, you cannot view his 'unmade- bed' appearance, fortunately.

I’ve tried to understand Joan Didion but failed every time. She stutters a lot and I don’t understand what she’s talking about even after she’s strung some words together. I’m listening but coming away none the wiser. I just don’t get her at all.

Great people. Greatness. Real courage. Thank you for posting, love this. Encouraging. Young people today are going to have to educate themselves as their books are being banned and people like this are bringing dismissed and demonized. Free Mumia! Free Leonard Peltier! Free all political prisoners.

Nazi tech plunder ranged from scientists like Werner von Braun to processes such as textiles where German industry had developed many times colors than the Allies. The Soviets did the same thing. What we both did was steal and kidnap and where is Hans Kammmler?

Molly was one of the best also. She could outdrink the boys, and she was SMART!!!! She was a revolutionary at everything. And the color of ones skin did not matter. Roy Cohn, how right she was. That scoundrel with an update in 2024. Robert Strange McNamera was a liar and the Johnson administration . Molly, sadly, you got the one wrong. Copper heads are worse than rattlesnakes. Which party does one choose now? Both are snakes 🐍 All presidents were rich white men who most owned slaves. President Clinton, hell no, and none others. Imperialism and colonization.

Would not Professor Bloom really be disappointed now at all levels of colleges and politicians, especially in 2024? History on all sides and world histories are a must. America is not great. We are all walking in seas of madness, and all societies are being affected and traumatized today by wars and greed of powers out of control. Free Palestine 🇵🇸 ✨️ What would he think of AI and computers today? Sadly, in some ways, I agree with him. Bravo, Professor Harold Bloom. What a distinguished man of huge proportion and all should be grateful who had the opportunity to study under him. "The printed book." How correct he was. 🙏❤️🌎🌿🕊🎵🎶🎵

Poor Nancy. Supporting her man for 50 years and popping out eight kids, to learn he betrayed his family with another young woman. So much for character and integrity. “ Only one thing in common, got the fire down below”.
