Hello HighCarb team, how is the 99$ seminar content different from your group coaching content?
@highcarbhealth1Күн бұрын
Hi we do not offer the seminar anymore. We have actually created an online program which will be more beneficial and give you more information, including a recipe book and 8 modules going through the healing process. Please let me know if you are interested in this and email us [email protected]

Please share more details about the group coaching.
@highcarbhealth13 күн бұрын
Hi, the group coaching is a form of private coaching, however, you will share the calls with other people in the group. You get all the information that our private coaching clients get and there will be 2 one hour sessions a month and the timings will be set at the start of the program. There will also be a group created on WhatsApp or a similar chat application where you can ask questions. Basically there is less flexibility/privacy compared to one-on-one sessions. You will get to share the journey with other people, however, and this can be helpful to share experiences. At this stage, the price is $300.00 Australian Dollars per month for the group coaching sessions (for as long as you need), so it will be really good value.

Does this book talk about colitis with constipation. I mean it is all natural diet I understand and I am sure it must be amazing for long term lifestyle too. But when people talk colitis they always talk about ulcerative colitis which is the worst stage, however some of us are lucky to be diagnosed at early stages like mine. I had esophagitis, gastritis, duodentitis, fatty liver, fissure and piles and I was able to heal it with naturopathy, food, yoga, meditation, vegus nerve healing, acupressure, colon cleanse and medicine and a lot more. But I couldn't heal my constipation completely even after so much done and recently I started to have pain on my left colon. Nothing came in colonoscopy but CT scan showed colon inflammation. Doctors as usual dismissed it bcoz as per them a little bit of inflammation is ok until it turns into something serious. Well I a not going to wait until then and want to deal with it before its late. Please tell me if this book will give me some more idea on colitis with constipation?
@highcarbhealth116 күн бұрын
Yes of course. It is the digestive health bible. So whether it’s diarrhoea or constipation it is very good. But the book is not enough to guide you. That’s where we are there to help you and coach you through the process. You are welcome to fill out our health survey for an initial consultation www.highcarbhealth.com/healthsurvey

i am Vegan , but i have to correct you meat dos not rot in the gut when you got your first colonoscopy did they ever find rotting meat ? we need to stay credible if we want to be taken serious
@highcarbhealth123 күн бұрын
Animal protein most certainly putrefies in the gut. When you do a colonoscopy, they make you flush out the insides so there is nothing in there when they take a look.

They work with many people. Not all have responded to this program or else they would have double the testimonials they have now. And how many get their symptoms back after a while. They dont speak about it. Be aware.
@highcarbhealth123 күн бұрын
Hi, again, please do not spread false rumours. Not everyone who heals wants to do a testimonial. Yes, if everyone who healed had done a video there would be well over 500 of them. If someone gets symptoms back, they have not been following our recommendations.
@iam460023 күн бұрын
@@highcarbhealth1 No rumors here. Just a fair warning. Or you saying all the people you have worked with have gone in remission? And a lot of people had symptoms come back even if they followed the diet and lifestyle. Like getting sick from covid, had one person get blood in the stools again. Im just saying. Its ok. I know its a business for you guys, but not all can heal from this. And we should be honest to people.
@highcarbhealth123 күн бұрын
I am positive about this. If someone gets symptoms back, there is always a reason. It's easy to make claims without knowing everything about someone's experience / lifestyle choices.
@iam460023 күн бұрын
@@highcarbhealth1 You are right in a way. There is always a reason for reocurrence of symptoms. But that doesn't make it a faulty statement. Many had setbacks either by a stressful event or ate something that they shouldn't. But if symptoms can come back that easily, then the diet is only MASKING the disease. If you don't do the things that trigger the symptoms, you have only adapted an avoidance behavior. Look. Im not here to troll your page. I just wanted for some to know that not everyone goes into remission from these diseases.
@highcarbhealth123 күн бұрын
It is not a correct statement, if you have worked with us, you would know that the root cause is the build up of toxins over time and there are 5 lifestyle factors which affect this. That is what we teach, so if someone gets their symptoms back and they have not followed our recommendations to focus on all of their lifestyle factors then that is not the fault of the program. They did not follow what we had taught them. It is not an avoidance behavior or masking the disease, it is understanding what causes the disease so that the symptoms go away and don't come back.
