This is so much fun to watch, although I should be in my garage fixing my own 66 C-code. That had its interior eaten by mice.

I totally feel your pain. Literally. I have Cauda Equina Syndrome. Had 2 spinal fusions, and scheduled for my 3rd fusion. So I feel you man. There is nothing wrong with calling in reinforcement. Is there friends you can call to help? I have to swallow my pride sometimes and just ask for help. Can you put the tires on the car? Im sure there is someone you can call. Even if it's just to help push the car to get it turned around. If I was closer, I would totally help for free.
@tompappalardoАй бұрын
yeesh, sounds like you've got it *way* worse than me. Hope you're doing all right! I'm already (hopefully) on the mend, but crawling under the car is still a little ways off.

Glad you’re back at it. I said it before, but it’s worth mentioning again: don’t half ass the headliner. Either do it right by pulling the front and back glass or just paint the underside of the roof black and call it done. The bows are too flimsy and it will collapse and envelope you at speed if it isn’t properly installed under the windshield/back glass gaskets.

Tom... watched the whole series... please keep going on the 66. I would love to see it finished as a daily driver... then do a simple back-yard paint-job on it... mainly for preservation / rust prevention... not to make it perfect and shiny.

I put on Falken Wildpeak A/T3w Trail 235/70R16H (28.95”) No lift kit - standard suspension. It rubs the inner wheel well a little at full turn. It's on my to-do list to bang that in a bit more.

Definitely looks great! I've seen lots of folks paint their seats with fabric paint. That may have worked well on the parchment covers.

Yeah, I was a little leery of something so high-traffic as seats, and the risk of it coming off on clothes. I used vinyl dye on the dashpad and visors, though. Looks great so far.
