I had to send my passport to DVLA then wait for my passport to return after that I was waiting 3 weeks for my provisional licence to arrive then I had to do a hazard test mock test show me tell me paying £25 an hour to driving instructor paying DVLA then dvsa after passing I had to send the certificate and provisional licence to get the actual licence ,it is unfair these guys can scam and get away with it
