Very inexperienced fire fighters. Nozzle man is doing the best he can. Hose guy needs to back off to give nozzle man roof to work. It's also hose guys responsibility to watch where hose is. 2 lines should have been pulled. 1 for the tractor & 1 for the trailer.. Foam should have been used especially on the tractor due to all the oils, rubber & fuels. Water is fine on trailer depending on the contents.
