I took him to a Hollies gig in the early 80's and he told me Bobby Elliot inspired him to play the drums.

I was lucky enough to se them at the Greek Theatre. I love Carl Palmer's drumming, but Cozy Powell nailed it. I love Emerson's playing and compositional skills, as well as Greg Lake's songs and performance. They shined at this concert. The real blow mind in their set was "Mars..Bringer of War". I miss these guys...but very glad to have had them.

Went to this show on a whim, because I lived close to the Tower Theater. Turned out to be one of the best concerts I’d ever attended. For 35 years, I had only a strong memory of the band being tight and on fire, Cozy putting on one of his best performances, and Iommi being all smiles throughout the show. But it was Martin’s vocals and command of the stage that struck me most. Pleased to see by this rare recording that it wasn’t just a sentimental recollection. Probably their best performance of that entire tour.

Badass FM saw Cozy w MSG at the Reseda Country club showing a bit late I thought the back doors were going to blow off by his drum riser walking in seriously the roof caving in occurred to me more than once what a show 🌟🌟🌟

What a legend Cozy was. One of the greatest without doubt. Hopefully jamming with Ronnie Dio. RIP to two rock legends.

I was at this show. It was amazing. If I remember correctly Bricklin opened for them and the crowd was less than enthused by them, lol.

This & Child In Time live are Ritchie's best. Man, that dude was just another level. When he got in a zone, just stand back and enjoy the magic show.
