I think enneagram is more basic and surface structure than I prefer and not really that useful or accurate for a depth structure in showing someone their Unique Design.

The term was coined by Ken Wilber when Ken suggested to Marc to use Unique Self rather than Soul Print through their talks about the impersonal and the personal. Marc reference that in his talks and in his book Self in Integral Evolutionary Mysticism.

Maslow's hierarchy of needs is particularly useful in describing this pyramid of needs, humans in the basic sense need food and shelter but as you go up the pyramid more subtle needs come into play and I think the term becoming self actualised is used to describe the upper levels that one might achieve or trying to become whole.

Silence is a beautiful teacher.. Often I found that silence helped to go within and give space to the things that haven't been able to come to the surface through the many impulses that the world around us provide. After clearing a lot out, this space became more and more a place of rest. Like you share, a place where nothing is and all comes from. Wondering... Why many are scared to sit in silence with themselves? Interesting approach that you share to focus on creating this moment before starting to plan your week, for example. Seems that in recent years the collective consciousness of humanity is being transformed into higher vibrations and as a result more and more people are experiencing such a phenomenon (Twin Flame or other names) but from my point of view it’s not gonna be limited to 144000 people and whole humanity is going through it on different scales.
