We use both models out there. If your staying rather shallow the 6'6 bay model is great. If you plan to go out a little deeper go with the 6'8" model. Or just buy both haha can't have enough rods lol

This was a small one compared to what you on the west coast experience. This one was around a 4.0 and we were about 100+ miles away from the epicenter. Sound heard in the video is the soundwave of the earthquake.

@@bd_jiggin incredible how the soundwave is traveling through water.. on land (our situation) you can hear the soundwave arriving and 2 seconds later everything starts to shake. The best sounds come from smaller 2.0 or 3.0 on land which sound more like the soundwave on this video. I find it fascinating although many people don't like the small earthquakes (earthquakes in general) I got use to them. Earth makes some amazing sounds when the ground moves and it makes me wonder how enormous the land we stand on is.. there is rocks and dirt along with water streams underneath us, what goes on during an earthquake of big magnitude is something that will always be in mind. Anyway good video...

That would have to have been a bigger earthquake for to have lasted so long. 5.5 to 6.5ish. Larger can last minutes or more.
