We make it a waste tax. 95% of plastics are non recycleable, 55% is single use for excessive packaging. Landfills exist as a collection of what we fail to reuse so companies have to pay for the pollution they make. We use that money to reduce our debt , build more assets that benefit Canadians and start solving problems by using that money to hire on more med students and paying teachers like they work one of our most important jobs.

I was working at site c dam when that happen. I was working for the drywall contractor and we got venting moved in the powerhouse to frame some walls. That fine is bullshit i got pictures to prove it too.
