Thanks for your review. I've been seeing these at Walmart and wondered if they were blank inside or preprinted. For the price these are a good deal. I like that it comes in a box for easy storage.

Good video brother. Good that you mentioned the other models too. I´m thinking of buying either the wharnclever orthe regular large model (blue) with the cheaper steel. D2 model costs 20 euros more in Finland.

I've got a few crkt knives and I like them a lot. However, the taco viper has some really hard to work steel. 600 diamond stone is highest you want to go. Higher only dulls the finish. But I still like the knife, perhaps since it's already paid for.

I wish they had a crossbar lock version of this knife. I'd absolutely love it! Ever since I shifted my EDC knives to crossbar and button lock, it's hard for me to go back to liner and frame locks.

I was looking to buy,then I noticed 2 prices for same knife one was like 50 cents more and had a TC added to the discretion? Can you tell me why or what this is/

@CAborn1112 I haven't done a comparison video between the 2. My opinion is both are great edc knives. The 940 is harder use and the Presidio definitely slices better. I might do a comparison video between them now that you got me thinking about it

@CAborn1112 the 940 definitely carries better in pocket because its slender and I did put a Benchmade Deep Carry Clip on it. The only thing I can against it is the price. That's why it took me so long to get it.

Strange -- you said lock/unlock is 4 clicks. The ZeroAir review says it's 3 clicks to lock out, and 3 clicks to unlock. But I agree, if you use lockout a lot, it's a bit annoying. Double-click is easy. I have an A5 (G4) and A28 (G1), both requiring double-click to turn on. I'm very used to it. I wish RovyVon had kept that. Otherwise, button tension should be harder. But my only real beef is with memory. 3 minutes in a given mode and that's now memory. No way to clear it, except by 3 minutes in the desired mode. I prefer moonlight, so... I get annoyed!

3:14 The shape of this "plus" pouch is nice, I got the black one separately (4.0833.L) and for some reason the cap / cover and velcro goes all the way to the bottom, making it look huge and harder / noisier to open. Not a fan of that, and it dooesn't look like that in most pictures, it usually is shown like this brown one, with shorter flip cover. Material seems same good quality on that one too thou.

@adrianTNT I'm not a fan of the velcro closure sheaths. This isn't too bad, I've gotten used to it. I have a large black one like you described for my Ranger 55 Wood. I don't care for it so I need to find something else. Thanks for checking the video out!!

@@factorsofjack I think they should try a magnetic version, very thin metalic plate on one side behind the leather (like the ones on phone cases) and small strong magnets on the other side.

The LM Skeletool and the Victorinox Compact make such a great combo! I edc these all the time when I want a lighter carry that can still get the job done in a pinch.

Great looking knife. Fit and finish seems to be great in this price range. I wouldn't be surprised that it's a 440A steel damascus patterned, but as long as the manufacturer doesn't communicate we cannot know...

I had a hard time opening it as well, saw another video where the dude opened it like nothing, while I had to pry it open with a multi tool I had nearby 😅 glad these vids are out here, needed some reassurance, thank you!

I got this set to learn how to sharpen properly on, and they’re OK. They’re not fancy but they’re OK. I’m not into the bamboo stand. I got an adjustable one on Amazon that I like better. It was $14. Also, I recommend soaking the heck out of a stone before you use it. I submerge mine in a bucket of water for a whole day, then I use them. Then they’re nice and saturated. @t.michaelbodine4341 I haven't used them in a while. I'm not that good using them. I seriously use my Worksharp Field Sharpener 95% of the time. You are right they are thirsty stones and need to be soaked and keep adding water as you go.
