The flex room off kitchen would make the pantry where pantry is would install double convection ovens and back half would be made little closest in laundry for mop and brooms vacuum storage Boy has room would be master closest and regular master closet would be cut across wall toilet moved across and shower made bigger extra space would be storage room with door in entertainment room no wall between dinning and entertainment room open all up just my changes ❤ I live in Virginia and looking at all types of housing to buy and or build
