That is all he rode in that class except for one round at the end of his 125 career. And he said it felt like 'cheating' when he was racing with a 250F under him.

I don't think James was the best rider. He was the craziest. He was legit willing to die on that bike to get it done.

Roger DeCoster told James before the race not to race Everts. Stewart didn't agree but followed orders. Thats what created the rift between deocoster and stewart and we never saw stew at the mxdn again.
@MotoTony2721 күн бұрын
What do you mean not to race with Everts?
@metrichotrods176321 күн бұрын
@MotoTony27 it was everts farewell race. Decoster told stewart if everts comes up on him, let him by.

it is very clear that James' bike here is inferior to that of his opponents'. it's just that James' skills and talent is way superior than his opponents. James is an alien.

RV had a lot going on when he came over. He had family problems I believe he was trying to get some relief from, and then he had problems with the bike setup and how different it was from what he was on in the States. And honestly I believe he was already burnt out, he just wanted to say he raced in the MXGP’s I guess. But he definitely wasn’t the same guy who raced the years before.
@MotoTony2729 күн бұрын
At least he was at top 4 in standings before crash in Italy. It was only 4 grand pix of many’s. But yeah, he wasnt the same guy

I just don’t get why you had to add your own commentary to this video? The professional commentators are far more knowledgeable and qualified to inform everyone about the nuances of the racing happening. I couldn’t even watch it fully because of this. 👎🏿

To all the 4 stroke fools saying 125 could not beat 250 or 250 could not beat 450 bite this, no 450 4 stroke could ever keep.up with 500 2 stroke ever as 250 2 stroke as fast if not faster

JMO, but a 125 2 stroke is the most fun dirt bike there is. Plus now that I'm old, it's not nearly as tiring to throw around.

Yo I can’t even lie ima Honda guy cr’s crf’s but it’s facts that Kawasaki is still a great bike and have made powerful bikes for decades the KX 125 to the KX 500. This is example of a goat rider who takes the 125 2smoker and embarrasses the kfx 250 4strokes😂💪🥇got a crf450r and a 04 xr 400r but these vids got me thinking about getting a 2smoker💯 again either a KX 250 this time or maybe a yz250 we will see but yeah dude for sure the real deal

@parrishvinson36894 ай бұрын
James wasn't riding a slower bike, a 125 2 stroke is equal to a 250 4 stroke. That is a rule for riders who chose to ride a 2 stroke over a 4 stroke it had to be smaller because it is more powerful.

@phredflypogger44255 ай бұрын
A 125 two stroke will beat a 250 four stroke any day. It's lighter with better handling and acceleration although the 4 stroke has more torque. It doesn't take a rider of the caliber of JS to prove that.

Give me a break buddy. This was during the time when the 250 4 stroke and 450 were just entering the field. Plenty of other guys in the field that day were on 125 2 strokes with the new 250 4 strokes. It was the same class as it is today. Plenty of guys even today show up to nationals with a 125 to race the 250 4 stroke class. You made this video look like James took his 125 and entered the 250/ 450 class lol. James was great but your title is very misleading
