Washing/; yes exfoliating. Your feet/ toes, nails, daily, if not multiple times a day. Will keep the heels/soles of your feet, from cracking. I have absolutely used peroxide even sometimes; a splash of cleaning bleach, once in a while a few drops coal tar shampoo, 😁🤭 when I soak my feet

Oh Chica I highly recommend you trying hydrogen peroxide white toothpaste rub it on your feet especially around nooks and hard areas. Trust me better than anything you have ever used.

Hydrogen peroxide is immediately inactivated by the water you are adding. It's the soaking and any softening agents you are using. Basic Chemistry.

I would advise to solely stick to the pumice bar to remove the dead skin as using the file (I call it the cheese foot grater) would only make the dead skin come out more and stay rough and grow in as it was essentially “shaved”.
