@@MrEddrool Number One team in the country at the end of the season. It counted as a year of eligibility for the players (they gave the free year the next season for basketball), which to me is the NCAA saying that they played a full season. So, if they played a full season then crown a champion based on the season that was played. Make all the hard work the players put in, all the wins, all the loses, all the upsets make them matter. And crowning a champion for that year would make all of that matter.

From being an unheralded 3 star recruit. To having his red shirt pulled part way through his freshman season and then having one of the best individual seasons in KU history his senior year. First team All-American, Big 12 POY, Big 12 tournament MVP, MOP of the Final Four, and a National Championship. And had the 2019-2020 tournament happened he might've been a two-time National Champion. Ochai is one of the all-time greats in KU history. Can't wait to see his name hanging in the rafters one day.

Those last 2 years with him and Sherron we were the best team in the country hands down. But March is Madness lol 2 of the best teams in school history.

boy oh boy where do i even begin KJ your elegance on the court is amazing the way you dunk either 2 hand or 1 hand is lovely you bring so much energy to the Kansas Jayhawks. not even on the court off the court your a lovely human always giving back to the people of Lawrence and supporting your teammates through a tuff year is always amazing to see. He has a ton of potential and the NBA teams love drafting on potential. I think he has some stuff he needs to improve on, and he could definitely do that at Kansas though. Coming back one more could improve his draft stock.

Such an amazing athlete playing like the best in the nation. So sorry he hurt his knee ( I can relate; I've had 14 knee surgeries and then both knee replacements). All love ❤ and best wishes for your NBA future. I will follow you in the coming years as I'm doing now with Jalen Wilson. ❤❤❤❤
