Doug looks so different from back when he hosted our Saturday night live Lotto draw first with co-host Ann Wilson then the late Kerry Smith. I'll always remember Doug back then. Fond memories of him hosting our Lotto draw live across our country every Saturday night.

I got Ronnie and the rest of the TCB bands autographs after their Singapore concert when they were walking to their bus. One of the guys was wearing a diamond bracelet and I asked him if Elvis gave it to him, his reply "No, I bought it on EBay." True story.

Its now 2024. About 15 to 20 Years ago I went to a Eddie Low & Kevin Greaves Concert at the RSA in Te Atatu Nth Auckland New Zealand. Eddie was doing a fantastic job when John walked in, walked to a vacant seat sat down and listened. When Eddie finished his song JR belted out, “I can’t stop” 2 times no one did anything then he started gain, “I can’t stop, loving you” and continued to sing the whole song with only Kevin Greaves on guitar. He was the only muso there, and JR got a massive reception. The 3 of them continued on a few songs then they all got guitars, did a couple more songs and ran out, (well they made it look that way), so they started calling for songs from the audience. To this day it was by far and away the best concert I’ve been to and I’m including Fleetwood Mac. And it was only $15 entrance fee. Before to Australia he was in Eddie Lows band called 3 Blind Mice. For those who don’t know Eddie is legally blind I hope John Rowles invested wisely when he was making millions.

just one small correction. Littewood didn't write the final English draft. It was written by Busby.

I met Bonnie, & Jim Ed, he usedto send me lovely postcards with a Rainbiw on them, very genuine warm person, we idolised him, I used to talk on him & do a few covers of him in my shows. He was just a brilliant person. Can't believe they are gone.❤

I'm worried that he would be so open about the value of what he's wearing - there are well organised teams of watch and jewel thieves in London who might target him in the street. It's an increasing problem, and very difficult for the police to detect.

Roy Phillips, what a beautiful man. I am 62 years old this year. The Peddlers, Three In A Cell LP used to blast out from my dads beloved stereo gram in our living room when I was a young girl in Greater Manchester, England. My dad loved them (he was a drummer) and so I have loved them all of my life too 😊 I went down a you tube rabbit hole last night and I am still wallowing in the beautiful velvety sounds and the words from this unforgettable group. I wish I could have seen them live. Sending my best wishes. Keep well Roy. xx

I met Ronnie in 94 at a NAMM show in Nashville. He and Elvin Bishop rode the elevator with me. Ronnie gave me the ultimate compliment as he watched me try out a brand new TAMA Starclassic kit. Down to earth great guy . I miss him .

Problem is so many of the worlds problems aren't solvable with money. The differences of opinion are Religious and political. And the point of the aircraft carrier that cost billions isn't to have a war but to stop a war from starting.

Thank you. This is a book I will track down and read. Re King et al, the next book needs to be about New Zealand history before Maori, which academia and politicians have and are working assiduously to hid.

Sally Anderson is an Inspiration for what she has been thru and where she is today - Spiritually and Mentally ❤️ There will be controversy about the tā moko she is wearing, however, I believe she deserves it, and she wears it proud and powerfully, considering that most of her perpetrators would have been Māori! Kia Ora e whaea. Proud to be from TOKOROA as well 😊 Bred only, but most of my younger family members were born there ❤️
