Hybryd is a mixture things, gas , electric, pop top, full van, dual axle, single axle, therefore most caravans are hybrids , don't be fooled by a fancy handle

What I'd love to know, is what the real world ball weight of these are. We bought a camper with an advertised ball weight of 170kg and when we hit the road, WAY under ATM, the ball weight was closer to 270kg. This kind of stuff is important. More important than listing the stock standard features that pretty much every camper has.

I don't understand why hybrid campers, and off road caravans for that matter, need to weigh so much. Or cost so much.

that's the most complicated and time-consuming awning set-up I've seen. By the time I've finished setting it up, my neighbors are already finished cooking their meals.

A hybrid is the transition between a caravan and a camper all i see here is a small 19ft caravan that doesn't have an internal en suite...

60 odd grand and you can't even put a black toilet door in. It doesn't even cost anymore. It's an option when you order the toilet. Makes me concerned about your attention to detail through the rszt of the build. I won't be buying one

I'd be interested to know how that massive awning would go if it was windy. I'm tipping the tare weight would be 400kgs more than the cub camper and it's priced fairly high for a Chinese camper. I personally don't trust Chinese steel. Full stop

Looks like a great product. I think this years awards process was pretty flawed. An U25k category awarded to a $12k soft floor, and the 25k-50k awarded to a $50k. That's a huge gap in price from one category to another. Means it's hard for customers to really get an idea of where products like this Lachlan fit in. Camper need to keep the sub $35k category.

I'd love to know how strong the slide is. With no support underneath wouldn't it sag over time? That's the only thing keeping me from buying a Lachlan.

I saw you guys at the Melbourne show over the weekend. I went there with another camper builder in mind but left really impressed with what I discovered in Blue Water campers. I loved the Lachlan, looked like a great family camper. Nice product you have guys.
