Amazing interview! I was also 12 years old when I first flew in an aeroplane. That was 2002. It was like an old plane like a Fokker 50, and there was a heavy turbulence during the approach that made me vomit😅. A few months after that I met a 25 year old Qantas Captain in a lunch with my family near a small airport at the time. He looks cool and calm with his sunglasses, his girlfriend was beside him. As an innocent 12 year old boy I was like I wanna be like him. That moment started my dream to become a pilot. My interest in aviation gone deeper as years passed by but unfortunately I didn’t have moral support and motivation from my family. My mother would have but she died from cancer the year before my highschool grad. Anyways as life would decide my fate, I turned out to become a nurse which I’m thankful for but my love for aviation never went away. Every time I hop on an airplane, I thought that could have been me if I was just smarter back then.

Do you need a bachelors degree to be a delta airline pilot??
@JtXwb3 жыл бұрын
Yes. In fact, they are the airline that needs to see it the most
@Julia_Unofficial2 жыл бұрын
@@JtXwb any degree? Or aviation specifically?

@@Julia_Unofficialno specific degree. It can be in any field of study. As long as it is a bachelors degree from an accredited university. They consider all bachelor degrees

But youtube suggested you to me, without me looking for new aviation stuff today. And I was attracted by the picture of Petter... 😋 (By the way, the music-voice-mixture at the opening was a bit difficult, some words I didn't understand because of the music... I would suggest (during mixing the video) to control the volumes 1 time with hearing with head phones to it and 1 time with not too good music boxes, like some people have e.g. at a PC at their work place... in the end everybody wants to understand the words...) Good luck!
