For the Basilisk Cave scroll you can stand inside the broken boards when attempting to pick it up and the Basilisks will be unable to reach you.

What tree would you use now with cata pre-patch sir? I feel like with new talents tree, this gets harderd. I got normal LK gear with spellblade and other 1h slow weapon both with lifeward. but I dont know, this guys hit alot

I collected 17 books yesterday evening and it took me about 4-hour at level 50 with all the flying, portaling, and running through (mounted) while grabbing some on the way. SOME took about 20-30 minutes of riding just because of how far out of the way they were. Way longer than it should take to get a rune and ate up part of my day off.

Yeah that's exactly correct. You guys get enh shamans, we get 50% crit damage for our mages, it's balanced.

you can loot the STV book during bloodmon when you rez with the immunity buff and the mob will not attack you

im having this same issue as well. never picked up any books/scrolls, none are in bank. stood in Loch modan inn for 20 mins hoping for a "respawn"...gave up, continued the guide till westfall inn. same issue. both books are not there. im thinking blizz moved them, but have no evidence so far. @chuckstieg

@@strange.277 I have no idea, I doubt they were moved at all by Blizzard, But the Book in Westfall Inn and Loch Modan Inn are the same book, so once you pick it up from one of those locations, it won't be at the other. If you're 100% sure the book is not in your bags or Bank, and you've checked both locations and can't pick it up from either, The quest is probably just bugged for you unfortunately.

@@strange.277.... turned out, i got them while leveling. just do the next books. I got the rune at the end. I think you got the books and just dont remember you picked it up.

not possible, i didnt pick any up. i ended up having to go to 4-5 different layers to get it to spawn, and im pretty sure its at either places but not both at the same time. cant confirm that last theory tho@@shippuuden28

Iam following this build in 3.23 . Everything looks fine so far . Using covenant is good until obtain enough str . Honestly in my openion having tried hexblast for the first time .. i think its squishy even with 12k hp and the only good defense here is to kill everything quickly, your version of the build is more defensive since it use shrines but cant go above 8mil per mine . While other covenant + crit multi jewels reach 30mil per mine . And one more thing . 1 hour ago i burned 20D trying to craft the wand 😅 hit +2 four times but i always star over becuase no luck with annul . So painfull 😂
