I like it, but it's not worth $1,000 to me. I set a pallet upside down on four legs and have four dish washing trays on top for tools, with space under the pallet for the rest. No break ins yet and it only cost the screws required to attach the legs to the pallet.

I'm trying to decide whether to go with the A300 or get a pump action. People who favor pump action tend to tell me that it is more reliable and can take any sort of shell compared to a semi auto. Iono which to get
@TrainWithWillisАй бұрын
It would wholly depend on the pump being discussed. Beretta’s, either the A300 or 1301 are incredibly reliable. So that part of the discussion isn’t as much of a consideration as it once was. It really kinda comes down to what you’re into, how much time on task you’re interested in putting in, etc.

I carry AIWB with my P01(my normal setup) without issue. I frequently go for 40mi rides, doesnt bother me. For me the key is the right belt and shorts. If your shorts are skin tight around the waistband, you're gonna have a bad time. Have them a little looser and cinch up the belt to secure the everything. Also helps that i'm skinny, i dont think guy with a beer belly could do it. Happy trails

The stock is the only thing holding it back. Even factory "shortened", it's still significantly too long for the real work it's designed for. If the LOP could get down to 12 inches it would be unstoppable for most end users.

Sold me an LE version (no choke) and never mentioned it was an LE version, so once I noticed it had no choke, I reached out to have them do an exchange since the gun was still new in the box! Took several calls and emails to even get a response, and when they did they lied and said their sale person told that to my wife on the phone. At that time (Jan 2024) their website only mentioned the choked version, with NO mention of selling an LE version. So they changed their website since then. Terrible dealer. I got my bank involved and after several months, got my money back! STAY AWAY FROM BERELI out of Florida!!!

Thank you for sharing your knowledge. This reminds me of the 380 or micro 9mm argument. It's always a compromise to carry a smaller or less capable firearm than a full double stack 9mm, but most times people will leave the house without their gun because it's too cumbersome or it's printing too much with their current outfit. That's where the small guns come into play. It's never supposed to replace your more capable firearms, but instead create a scenario where you carry everyday. Because although it is quite a compromise, and I wouldn't want to bet my life on a 380, the alternative would be my fists since in that scenario I'm not carrying at all. With this tourniquet the train of thought is similar. I have a bunch of CAT tourniquets and never carry them on my person because I am quite small and thin, so while I wouldn't pick the ETQ as my main choice, most of the time it would 100% beat my current choice of not having a tourniquet on me at all. What are your thoughts on this? I still haven't decided on buying this tourniquet yet.
@mattwalters68343 ай бұрын
From my understanding; the A300U Patrol kicks more? That shouldn’t be a problem for me. You can’t use lighter loads like birdshot or low recoil buckshot? Some people say you can; not really a problem for me, low recoil ammo really is geared more towards pump actions and what not, semi autos and even the A300U would have lower recoil.
@TrainWithWillis3 ай бұрын
The recoil is slightly more than a 1301, but no issue at all to anyone shooting with proper technique. The A300 has shot absolutely every load we’ve run through, bird, buck, or slugs without issue.

I edc the CAT, it has been proven down to age groups as young as two years old on limbs as little as 5 inches in diameter. I would expect similar performance out of other proven offerings like SOF T. Although at those small sizes it takes significantly less pressure to stop a bleed.
