During my apprenticeship my Instructor used to say if the flux lifts off the weld by itself that's an indication of a good weld. I saw this happen here after a very long time.

My friend has a similar tool, see if you can find an air over hydraulic pump and a foot pedal to operate the air side. It works incredibly well.

Those round indexable carbide tips are great, you can use all of the cutting edges. I used to have a face mill with these tips in, a great idea.....🤔😏😏😏😀🇬🇧...Loved the design of that radius tool, looked easy to use....👍👍😏
