Make it look so easy. My system seems to aerate and foam up the oil . Cracked pump I'm guessing now.

Your explanation was perfect! I now I can get it straight in my head (well, almost). So if I am running a brush hog do you recommend draft or position?
@benkanobe7500Ай бұрын
Mine seems to work perfect in "Position" but in "Draft", my two arms go down further than in Position

Is there a reason the 9N 2nd and reverse slider gear 9N7101 is called out vs the 8N7101? Are they the same?

I did not see the thin thrust washer on my reverse idler just the thick one. Just checked my I&T manual and it says only some transmissions have 8N7029.

Excellent video's. I have just rebuilt a TSX 33 for my 2N. I had a difficult time with the choke assembly. I thought i finally got it but the choke is closed by the spring and my float linkage doesnt open it. I can open it by hand by overcoming the spring but cant figure out how to keep it open after starting. I think i installed the choke plate wrong but cant find documentation on how to install the plate correctly. Please help. Thank you.

It might be benificial to add to this video two important things. 1) the pistons are offset on their frames, these offsets need to face each other when placing on the cam blocks, and cam block flanges also need to face each other. 2) the bushing has a lip which rides inside the cam, the cam needs to be inserted with this shoulder facing the bushing. Just a suggestion. These videos are very nice, answers alot of questions during assembly. Thank you.
