The beach villas on the sunrise side are the closest to the reef. Obviously the water villas are closer still! It’s not a long swim out to the reef from anywhere really as they have steps at the end of the dive jetty and the water villa jetty

@@ZurriyetBlogs we landed into MLE on 21st January and it was 2 weeks of glorious hot sunshine! Flights were with British Airways so arrived at 9:15am and flew to the resort at 1:50pm. Return flight was back to MLE at 5:20am for our international flight at 11:15am. If you have a morning flight I might recommend a final night at a resort closer to the airport unless you’re ok with a very very early start

The underwater restaurant is on Hurawalhi a neighbouring island and is extra for lunch and dinner. Quite a lot extra! Have a look on Hurawalhi’s website for up to date prices

CapturesBy_Gabe Mid-range room. It’s a premium jacuzzi beach villa and most of us who go back several times go for this level of room. It’s a good mix. The underwater restaurant is on a neighbouring island of Hurawalhi and is extra. Very expensive but a very special thing to do! Komandoo is a nice chilled island with a very relaxed vibe

Hi Carlos. It depends on your budget and what you want to do! Hurawalhi is more expensive but a smarter island perhaps. Komandoo is cheaper in comparison and much smaller. We will be going back to Komandoo
