I like the format as it is. It’s the equivalent of a needle on a record or the imperfection of an analog photograph. When something is new and undiscovered, communication between a group of conoisseurs is like gold. Would it hypothetically be possible to maintain that feeling while something grows? anyway just blobbing, I hope to start a conversation in the comment section. philosophizing never hurts. I literally wrote about this yesterday. Reflecting about all the things that I have started since I was 17 and failed but learned from, and used that knowledge to create something else that is bigger and better. To be honest I am surprised you were not fully proud of yesterdays video. Perhaps it's something very normal for you guys but for a lot of people like me it's a great insight on how successful brand owners start from scratch. Laying down the fundementals of the brand focus, it was a great video!

Fear of failure. That's something so deep-rooted inside the school/work system. For most people, it sadly will be almost impossible to overcome it.

It's like putting together a complex puzzle! Quick question about products: you talk a lot about product benefits and essence in the brainstorming, but how do you actually decide on the right price? I've been diving into Alex Hormozi's 100m offers and now reading The Boron Letters. (Thanks really 100m offers change a lot my way of thinking) The book is really great concerning creating offers, but how should I approach pricing? Is it an iterative process and I need to test, test, test or there is like a rule ? Thanks a lot.

First time watching a video twice in a row.. there are some juicy nuggets in there. I can definitely see how being in a team can keep your head in the game, it’s so easy to be in your own echo chamber and think your ads rock. You’ve just changed my process of making ads, you almost need a vision board for every creative to ensure you’re being true to your avatars needs and not your own sales brain. Thanks again!

When focusing on products is it more important to translate that "glimpse" you talk about in the beginning as text on the creative or as some sort of visual representation in the creative?

One thing I learned about ads is that emotions are connected with avatars and avatars are connected with offers. The Copy and positioning determines how well you & your avatar are able to resonate with your ICP. Great video david. P.S. This is amazing, thank you for sharing this video David! This is like a bonus video that goes more in depth of the consumer psychology from the facebook workshop video. Also, I think I am journaling correctly now lol. I am still doing a checklist of what I want to do the next day, but I also write down of how today went, what I did good, what I did bad, what I can improve upon, if there was something in my mind all day I write it down along with how I felt etc. I am already seeing good results from it by being more conscious with my descision making during the following day.
