Hi, if you want it to be hard, you can coat with clear nail polish. About the wavey, it could be you pull the thread too hard and not hard enough. Hope it’s help ☺️

Un truco para si vuestro trabajo queda muy blandito existe un barniz transparente qué se usa para el decoupage que si queréis que vuestras piezas queden perfectamente duras, le dais una capa por un lado y otra capa por el otro y se quedan perfectas y no se doblan si no lo tenéis podéis usar pintauñas transparentes como último recurso, eso sí en el lado del pendiente que queráis que quede rígido si ponéis a los pendientes colgantes a eso no se lo paséis

I’m struggling with the knots, I like how you did yours……but I couldn’t see very well where you first put your needle

Go underneath the bead from right side and leave the thread long enough to create a loop, bring your needle on the left side and go up through the loop, pull tight and go through the bead on the left. I’ll try to make it more clear on my next tutorial ☺️
