As you can hear, you have removed the pendulum bob which has increased the speed, and there is no way this clock will keep time because you need to calibrate the escapement.

I have a couple of those, one just like that one. It has no date stamp like yours. Every other one I have seen has a date stamp, so...??? Really neat little clocks.
