I know this post has been a year ago but I’ll jump in. Thank you thank you thank you. The topics that you included were exactly what I needed to hear. As an Asian male, I worry that I would be judged and I wouldn’t build rapport but you mentioning being your authentic self has reminded me that nothing else matters. I had been holding back and having self doubts because of that and not having the right skills but that is why there is school and supervision. Thank you for this. It is helping me get over my self-doubts.

I'm really interested in knowing how you established a steady flow of referrals? Would you recommend hiring a consultant for that or were you able to establish your clientele on your own?

I’m glad you started videos again. I have no desire for a group practice and this video just confirmed it for me. But your videos do encourage me to be on my boss women shit and be better disciplined with my private practice.
