My realtime ping is pretty okayish but in-game ping was always above 200-300ms. After using this trick, my ping now stays under 50ms. Mostly 36-42ms is what I am getting now

I Really don't get it my network shows less than 10 ping when i check it in mlbb but wen i am inside a game its 150+ what is going on?(Btw it shows i have less than 10 ms)
