Be careful with co signing as it could mess with how much the other people will be approved for to buy a house. We co signed for a friend and now we are only approved for a very small mortgage and have to figure something out if we want to buy a house in the next 20 years :(. But if your buying renovating and selling, then it shouldn't matter too much lol

Just stumbled across this video, great job! I wish you had given a total of expenses because I couldn't keep track of all of the individual amounts. Based on your comments at the beginning, the house is now currently worth about 1.4 million?

you are spoiled, rich and don't know the value of money. A lot of people are working their ass off.. and have to rent a room of 10 sqaure meter without sanitar for 1000 euro's a month. Having money has nothing to do with working hard. All to do with rich daddies an mummies who are spoiling their brats into unbelievable narcissists.

The world is not fair. UK is one of the low income country with heavy tax. A job in the UK, take home money is only 1/3 of the same job same title in Hong Kong / Singapore. Which means, a director of a company in the UK earns the same money as a junior manger in Hong Kong / Singapore.

The word you’re looking for to describe the neighbors is “hypocrite”. Being from Louisiana I’m not sure exactly how property value works in London but over here if one neighbor improves their property, especially curb appeal, the the whole neighborhood’s property values go up. Especially the adjoining neighbors so your neighbors seem to be intent on shooting themselves in the foot. Who wants to live next to a house that looked like a drug house (before you started)? Some people just like to complain. Anyway, awesome work!

But thanks for sharing your fab project.,

Neighbours sound like NIMBY hypocrites. Great job mate 💪🏻
@tmntleo11 күн бұрын
Gods I know the feeling of the rude neighbours. We had a neighbour that complained about EVERYTHING, like you'd accidentally drop something or even sneeze too loudly and she's banging on the wall. She'd be on her balcony every morning at 7am telling parents to quiet their kids as they walk to school because "Some people work nights and are trying to sleep" watching dog walkers because she was "Just making sure they pick up after their mutts" and if they didn't she'd be straight out the door over to them with a poo bag. We couldn't go in our own garden because if we did anything out there she was in her garden telling us to quiet down, we couldn't do anything out there because if we even attempted to mow or strim it she'd start shouting, then she had the nerve to knock on our door and complain that it was overgrown! One night she called the police on us for a noise complaint. The noise we made that caused it? My brother accidentally dropped the toilet seat whilst putting it down. The day we learned she was moving we were so happy, we had a party with the other neighbours the day she finally left.
