Dude I’ve never played honkai impact 3rd and am just now getting into got into Genshin a few years back (ar57) and I can’t undoubtably say that honkai story absolutely blows genshins story out of the water ik hood story telling and pacing when I see and let me tell honkai has all of it it’s been 4 and the only story we’ve gotten so far is the traveler meeting the archons and a little backstory of each character nation and a half assed story of the passed they making so many story and concepts that by the time it’s time to tel the story the pacing is terrible and all and all the story just sucks like yea I can see points of interest like the heavenly principles, skirk, gold, the hexinzerkil ,celestia, where the traveler came from, irminsul, descenders etc etc but wow we have gotten almost 0 information about the major lore of the story and even when they do tell the story it’s either in books, dialogue or in other words very vague points in the game u ever find anything remotely interesting and keep in mind they haven’t killed of any playable characters to atleast have some sort of character development, and don’t even get me started on their sappy facial expressions and sappy emotional mentions they absolutely suck.

Mediocre in-game Genshin cutscene is now replacing Honkai's beautifully crafted Animated shorts. The Bgm doesn't even come close to Befall's sound track and this is supposed to be the pivotal point in the pt.2 story? Sigh..what a massive downgrade.
