Thanks for uploading, I don't have any special pliers, I always used a laser or machine guided with special diamond bits. I recently got some handheld cutters and wasn't sure how to use the notches/wheel etc. So thanks for the tips... Most people think the harder something is, the more pressure and sharper it needs to be. When something is harder, it can break or shatter more easily such as tempered. Tempered glass is stronger and won't break as easily for sure, or in as sharp tiny pieces. It has different challenges in my experience. Its basically the same and i just go slower and score of the glass more.

Definitely the most challenging step of creating s. glass. If one does not know these tips, one will spend too much time on the grinder. 😂 Excellent and necessary info. Thanks...

Thank you! I've been trying to cut some thin glass plates, and it hasn't been going as smoothly as I'd like. Now I have a better understanding of the principles.

I see this is an old post. I also watched your soldering video. You are a wonderful teacher. Slow and easy to understand with perfect close ups. I wish you would make more videos. Not everyone can teach. I really feel confident since I understand what I am doing and why. I'm going to subscribe just in case you make more. I really think you are the best teacher on KZfaq and I've seen a lot of videos. Big fan from Washington State 😃 🌲🌲🌲

Just watching this man in action I'm thinking... "That guy makes this look so easy and obvious that it's clearly nowhere near that easy and obvious." Nothing like watching a master craftsman at work. Thanks for the video!

Oh that's a great explanation but not many of us can draw a line so smoothly as you can with your masterful steady hand. I'm extremely impressed. I've been cutting glass for 20 years for projects that I edge and you make it seem so easy.

Brilliant, thank you. I’m at the very beginning of my glass cutting ‘journey’ and have been trying to teach myself. Unfortunately I haven’t had much success (!) but after watching this I feel very optimistic that I can at least get the basics right now. Much appreciated.

WT... He just cut curved shape on glass to fit the other one even without measuring it. I remember how I accidentally cut my fingers without even noticing that I am bleeding heavily by poorly handling broken glass. This guy is playing with it as if they had polished edges
