You can use the same pattern but with bigger yarn! :) Or double stranding the yarn!

it shouldnt look like that your supposed to carry the yarn while crocheting tapestry not drop it (not hate btw hope this helped)

it totally can look like that! this is a type of method of yarn floating called “fair isle”. many people do it to avoid show through of the contrasting yarn - if you carry the inactive yarn through each stitch, it will likely show through the front of the piece.

Congrats on the 10k! 🎉🎉 The colours on those skeins are amazing. I already purchased yarn for my Halloween project, but I think I might buy something for a pair of socks as well. I'm super excited for it, and curious to see what you will make out of the new yarn. The combination with the red is my favorite.

You could have a rack and table with completed pieces that have tags with the QR codes to the corresponding patterns so people who crochet could buy them. Maybe offer a small discount code for those at the market. As well as smaller things to buy in person like the coffin coasters.

That is such an incredible idea about the patterns!!! I totally agree also about doing small items! As a customer, I never go into those markets wanting to spend a ton of money. I mostly go to browse or get small art items so I would for sure have to focus on cheaper things! 🥰

I know your stuff would sell really well at markets near me. We have a few throughout the year called Punk Flea Market and that vibe works for spooky/alternative/goth/punk items. So maybe look for markets in those kinds of communities near you.

You can absolutely do that! You basically would just make two long rectangles, and then sew together leaving space for your neck hole!

I would say a weight 4 would be the best!! I've tried a lighter weight, and it sadly came out pretty holey. 😭

My youngest cat has started stealing my yarn and projects as well, doesn't mess with my Furls hooks though. Gotta keep everything in a zipper box or high up in my closet so he doesn't parade around the home with it.

Yes!!! lmao it drives me so crazy! She literally will steal it, and then run around the house with the yarn in her mouth 😂😂 When he was super little she even bit one of my furls wooden hooks and I had to get rid of it, i was soo sad lol.
