I like smart and entertaining together,so great job! Very interesting history,plenty of info. Impressive knowledge. Not sure I can absorbe it all at once. No,I am not stupid/for the record/, only overwhelmed. Grasse is an interesting place. Been there only once. Would be nice to visit again one day. Bought perfume,naturally. Got to smell good,no? How unfort.opposite to wise to buy a house without digging deep about all related to it. 😬 Thanks for the video 👍

I just found you channel. We have a house only 1.3km from the village and lived inside the village in 2007, before we bought our house. We'll try your friend's restaurant the next time we're in town.

I searched for info about regulations and read that it is required a specific certificate one have to obtain, which is all cool and very logical. But it was written that 2 years of specific real estate study is needed and the school there provides the study in french. My french is extremely basic. I am learning it slowly. You said/ very kindly/ some level of french is needed. I am more realistic ,I think good level of french is needed. But I am super interested to know steps for starting with english only. I can give study materials with regulations for translation and then start reading it. Thanks for your contact. I found out where your office is. I am visiting soon. I live in this district. There are 11 grocery stores within a 5-minute walk of my front door and the gigantic Carrefour Hypermarket TNL is 12 minutes away. This is one of the most densely developed retail districts in Nice. As far as urban neighborhoods go, it is one of the very best in Europe. I know this because I have visited over 250 cities and towns in Europe. Almost all of them are great. I chose to live here because it's one of the best.

Nous venons de terminer un long séjour en Europe : 5 mois à aider à l’ouverture d’une nouvelle école à Lvivv, un mois à Cracovie pour apprendre la Seconde Guerre mondiale et un mois à Tallinn. Les pensions de mon enseignant et notre sécurité sociale, ainsi que les revenus locatifs, nous qualifient pour le visa de long séjour. Mais nous ne savons pas quelle région de France est la meilleure pour nous en tant que seniors. Toulon a l’air parfait. Et nous aimons les plages !! Les soins de santé, les transports en commun et à distance de marche des marchés sont importants. Merci! Dean & Cindy
