I loved it! I have such good memories of Maggie Valley, Our family went on vacation to "Ghost Mountain in the Sky" it has been closed for years, but it was just sold to Ms. Presley's niece and hopefully it will re-open soon. Beautiful; place to visit and live.

Gorgeous views and nice size acerage. Great features in the house but it needs quite a bit renovation. Looks like original 1997 house. Mostly the kitchen countertops/appliances, all the bathrooms, especially that bedroom with the tub needs reconfiguring and then the flooring is too hodge podgy. $550k max, maybe less with dwindling market.

Yes... worth a look. Many people who are interested need to travel to come see it... but it is a beautiful area to come visit.

Unfortunately the lush foliage and mountainous terrain make it difficult to get telephoto shots. The new buyer will enjoy the views from their private deck.
