Could someone answer this question please:- As this gun has a stamped bottle, does that mean you have to get it re stamped every few years? Probably not as the fill bottles are at a way higher pressure, but was just asking 😮

Great review. I will probably get this whenever my dealer gets it in stock. Already got the BT65, Hatsan makes great rifles

Cant decide on the Edgun or a Huben K1 both self indexing and can go below 12ftlbs

Just to add to my previous post (3 mins ago). I went into my garden and tried the military grip you demomnstrated. I shot the head off a rose at <> 25 yds. Yipee.

You have just confirmed why my .22 pellets are shooting high and erraticly at 25metres. I tried to cure it by tightening my grips which did not work. If this works for me the rodents in my garden had better watch out! Thank you.

I'll just add the stirrup pumps are good options if you aren't unfit, especially if the gun has a small cylinder.

Clear glass, lots of field of view. The zero eye relief is not for everyone. YMMV

Given the sub 12 ft'lb doesn't come with all the bells and whistles that the FAC has, then the sub 12 should be cheeper simply because you are getting less for your money. That it is this very reason that I won't be purchasing a FX Impact M3, though if it were priced around £1,300.00 for the sub 12 ft'lb then I would purchase one.
@MrRockstar1968Ай бұрын
Hate to say it but you don't necessarily need to modify a cheeper rifle to get just as accurate grouping. My Artemis P15 .22 cal sub 12 ft'lb which cost me about £450, get's just as accurate grouping, though it did take testing multiple pellet brands and weights to get consistent accurate groups, without any need to upgrade the rifle itself in any way. It prefers Air Arms Heavy 18 grain pellets.

I understand that this is an old series. I've spent roughly 112 years in military and or law enforcement. I have only watched the one video so far but I'd like to thank you immensely for not treating noobies like they ought to magicsally understand the big picture. <><

caution, the screw at the seal breaks very easily. just broke mine. (ptsb tape made it harder to go in and it got off center) i hope those can be purchased seperately

Hello. I’m new to Air Gunning and have gone down a rabbit hole while trying to gather as much information as possible to be as knowledgeable as possible. You by far have taught me more in this video than any of the many of dozens of others I’ve seen. You have a natural ability to teach and touched on things that made complete sense. I can’t fully explain or emphasize how much more comfortable I feel now going into this because of your videos. Thank you very much for making content like this! 😊

This makes no sense to me. I have an Air Arms S510R and zeroed at 20 metres. I find that if I then shoot at 10m I have to apply hold over.

I just purchased an fx impact Mark II but it comes with the smaller magazines is it true since this video was made that FX has improved the magazine for slug use cuz the slugs are quite loose in the old magazines?

I was wondering if you had a 500 mm FX impact barrel and you wanted to increase it to 600 mm can you just buy the liner and just get a barrel extender to save money?
@patcropper5333Ай бұрын
I have two HW97KTs. I love them both, but I also have a Feiwerkbau 124 Sport. And I have to say, it outshines the HW97s. It is lighter because it is a breakbarrel, and it is more accurate than the 97s, and it is more accuate than my Air ArmsTX200.
@lindsayheyes925Ай бұрын
My scope was made for my rifle, and the setup pamphlet is specific: 30 metres. That minimises need for hold-under and hold-over between 10 and 40 metres - it's within an inch. But that's the Far Zero Point, where the trajectory is descending through the cross-hairs. Few people realise that the Near Zero Point, where the trajectory is rising through the cross-hairs, is about halfway to the Far Zero Point. So your recommendation to zero to 15 metres will also zero the scope to about 30 metres, leaving only a little fine adjustment to be done on the 30 metre range. Good call. You also need to re-zero if you change pellet weight or profile because those will affect trajectory.

Funnily enough you have your rifles in 1st and seccond... The fx crown being over engineered for sub 12...isnt all fx rifles over engineered a rifle with ehat 30+ o rings in it... and the red wolf an electric rifle yet again over engineered as its electric... All great rifles but the best 2 are the dayststes .. Imo its a tie depending on whats your preference Redwolf & wolverine Then it would be a toss up between the impact and crown

The safety is only annoying until you get used to it flicking it off before you take the shot becomes automatic and really isn't a problem unless you have a problem with learning and "problem" solving.
