I don't know how to check your homelessness rate but the reason why it's happening is because you have such high residential demand, meaning there aren't enough homes in your city and the homes that are available are probably very expensive. Might be time for a outerlying suburbia build probably by St. Iglesias. Most college towns have a small commercial street or two nearby with some medium density developments creating a border between the college and surrounding suburbs. Would be cool to see something like that factored into this build :)

Two things, First i believe Wind turbines have upgrades that improve their power generation + batteries instead of having to place more turbines. Secondly i'm pretty sure the Water pumping station by the garbage dump isn't in the District for the Dump to pick up garbage from it. 👍

I think the homeless people are a bug but there’s a mod called bye bye homeless that fixes it apparently. Also, i see you have the recolor mod, do you think you could test it out and make an interesting colored building? And one suggestion, i know Alvaro is named after a subscriber but i don’t think it makes sense to have a saint alvaro and a normal alvaro. I feel like everything would be uniform and either both be a “saint” or not. Idk know if that makes sense and you definitely do not have to change it but it’s just something i noticed. Anyways Great video!!

YO if ur pc can handle it, id suggest recording or at least exporting the final as 1440p so the default compression doesnt shred the finer details like trees and whatnot, once on yt.... i thought you easily had 50k GL!

Why the terrain color is too bright ?

One of your districts, Central Station I believe, needs zone border adjusting. There is some housing in it that is cut out, so they are not receiving any city services.

I’m noticing the usage percentage on the bus route are inefficient. Can you create bus route to be realistic with high usage?
