Beautiful Home but I’d like a 2 bedroom with 2 baths, high ceilings, hard wood floors walk in showers without the track, granite counter tops,

McMansion, with ridiculous features. That ghastly 'art' on the wall, the furniture was ok, but the home lacks warmth and taste. Nothing spectacular here.

I've lived in citrus hills since I was 10 years old. I'm now 28. I have always loved this house passing by because of how unique it looks. I said when I have the money I want to buy this home, but I still don't have the money lol. Maybe one day.

Thank you Brittany. As I said, this is a beautiful home for a family or snowbirds. The landscaping is spot on and the pricing is very fair! The upgrades the new hvc and all make it well worth the asking price. You could install a pool, section of the side yard for pets and STILL have room for raised garden beds or a fire pit . The old growth trees and shrubs/ bushes are perfection! 😊 Truly value for the money!

Far too overpriced for a mediocre house . The only thing going for it is the pool and landscaping which is NOWHERE NEAR justifying a 600,000 price tag!

I love the builders choices but not the lay out for me. Can you tell me who the builder is and would he build in Dunnellon? Also what is the reason for insulated interior wall? Noise? Thank you.

The builder is Brown Construction. He's not doing any custom homes at the moment so not sure if he's build in Dunnellon. Yes, noise reduction.
