The first cheat block in chapter 1 can be avoided as you can climb the top side of the T shape platform, then jump, and then jump again as soon as you possibly can and move forward.

2:08 neutral wall jump to corner spike jump, it's not that bad, i made a bunch of them in my first mod, you can clear 6 tiles this way even. that's only 5 tiles here.

Long story short, learn movement first, learn aim control a bit, learn skills, clearing, holding. Tactics, lineups, strategies and overall the game is teaching you how to aim by itself. There's a lot more in how you position and use abilities than in raw aim in valorant. I don't train to that, I constantly change my sens and I'm still able to hit platinum in frankfurt.
