Baking soda relieves mine instantly, I have I'm 73 and had GERD for 30 years on protonics. but I only get burning mouth on left lower side 3 times a month. And that is is I drink coffee smoke and pull in some cold air. It burns almost instantly, I wet my finger dab some baking soda on the base of my tongue left side. I can feel bubbles forming so I think its Acid baking soda reaction. I take Lisinopril and Crestore too. I heard rare side effect of Lisinopril is swollen tongue. This morning I woke up with one side of my tongue swollen. I had COVID a month ago and lingering cough I'm taking Coreceedin HPB syrup treating COVID congestion like a cold. My Pharmacist called 2 months ago and asked if I had any side effects from the Crestore as it was a new manufacturer called Torrent. I didn't other than feeling a little groggy as usual. But makes me wonder if small changes in the formula can trigger a side effect.

I don't know if this is what I have but it feels like someone poured acid on part of my tongue and splattered it throughout my mouth. Incredibly painful, even drinking cold water hurt. I took b-12 and hours later it was no better. I thought "God, it'd be so much easier if you could just touch me and heal me." That didn't happen but I got a message, salt water gargle and I knew it'd work. So last night I did a really strong salt water gargle and today while not cured I'm pretty close to it. I'd do a few more gargles and I think this nightmare will be over.

My dry mouth is not caused by air leaks in the mask, it's from mouth breathing which was not even addressed in this video. I use a BiPap and tried turning up the humidity but this did not help and my mask and hose would accu water and gurgle. So, far the only solution I have found is to tape my mouth to force myself to breathe through the nose and this is working rather well. I asked my dentist about the dry mouth problem and he just prescribed me a heavily fluoride toothpaste to use at bedtime that I don't want to use due to its toxicity. So far, the mouth tape seems to be the way to go, any other suggestions?

This is so disgraceful.. mine started somewhere 2021 also and I have been spraying people with saliva anytime I’m talking.. Even when the person is not very close to me I still spit some little particles of saliva on them which feels so disgusting… I get ashamed anytime someone try to cover their mouths when I’m talking with them just to prevent particles of saliva from entering their mouths.. Please I need a solution.. this is so irritating and embarrassing.. I need help..
