Hi there. This is one of the Infinity Hottubs on the MSC Seashore Cruise Ship Waterfront Promenade on deck 8. There are 2 of this Infinity Jacuzzis. This one is on the Left side of the Promenade Open Deck Space, but the Jacuzzi on the Right is similar. At deck 8 AFT you will find the Infinity AFT Pool.

Is the couch easy to turn into the bunk beds. Does it take 2 people or can 1 person do it? Or does the crew have to do that for you?

Hi There, We are not sure, but you would say no. Maybe the bunkbed itself works the same way after all, but there are many types of sofabeds and MSC Splendida is a Fantasia-class cruise ship and this is a Seaside-Class Cruise Ship (much newer).
